Return Policy

We accept returns within three (3) days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

·         Mandatory Proof: A video of the package being opened and photos clearly showing the reason for return are required.

·         Unused and Unworn: Items must be in original condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.

·         Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Please include the following details in your message:

·         Your order number

·         The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

·         A video of the unboxing (opening the package)

·         Photos and/or videos clearly showing the reason for the return

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming its arrival and whether the return has been approved or rejected.

·         Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

·         Rejected Returns: If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you of the reason for rejection. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
