Returns and Exchanges:
We request you to refer to our size chart before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit. This will help avoid the need for an exchange and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
If your product is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the replacement or refund process. We require a video and photo of the unboxing for processing.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange the product, a shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be applicable.
If the size does not fit you, you may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Note on second exchange: If you exchange the same product for the second time, we will charge an additional Rs. 200 for the second exchange.

Cancellation Policy:
For COD orders, you can cancel your order by logging into your account, visiting the Orders tab, and clicking on Cancel Order Request. This option is available only before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
For prepaid orders, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of order placement. A full refund or a credit note of the same amount can be issued as per your preference.
